Jose Campos is the founder of Rapidinnovation, LLC, ― a Management Consulting firm. Rapidinnovation, LLC Focuses on enabling technology companies bring successful products to market rapidly; through, improved customer input, effective technology marketing, practical product roadmaps and other methods and process for successful product development.

Jose brings more than thirty years of experience in the area of new product development. With specific experience in Concurrent Engineering, Quality Function Deployment (QFD), Total Quality Management (TQM), Concept Engineering (KJ), Program Management, Project Management, High Performance Organizations, ISO-9000 as well as other quality systems.

Jose has defined more than 25 major new high-technology products, plus numerous derivative products and product enhancements. His experience includes market identification, definition, verification, and rollout of new high technology products — around the world.

Jose is the author of Flexible Project Management for Product Development, Risk Management for Product Development and Debriefs and Postmortems for Product Development. Plus he is co-author of The Project Management Toolbox and The Voice of the Customer for Product Development.
